If you are in need of balancing for rotating machine parts such as rotors for electric motors, fans, turbines, disc brakes, disc drives and propellers we can accommodate your needs with precision and speed.
When your equipment is properly balanced, it reduces vibrations, increases performance, and ultimately prolongs the lifespan. We have one single plane vertical balancer (150-pound capacity). A small horizontal balancer (180-pound capacity up to 40″ long) and a large 2 plane horizontal balancer (5000-pound capacity up to 170″ long).
Ace Machine has the capabilities of balancing parts from 1lb to 5000 lbs balancing weight and up to 4 ft diameter and 10 ft in length.
