We offer capabilities of low volume and fast turn around. Milling from the size of a sugar cube to 32″ wide and 84″long. Round parts from 3/8th diameter to 24”.
Our CNC mills offer a work envelope up to 84x32x30 inches (XYZ travel, respectively). It also has a 30-tool automatic changer that offers quick cycle times. CNC controls allow us to complete tasks that would be impossible on a manually controlled mill. For example, we can enlarge a hole with an end mill simply by moving the table in a circular pattern, or we can produce exotic contours using sophisticated Mastercam CAD/CAM programming.
