We offer keyseating and broaching for parts like gears, hubs, sprockets, cupplings and pullies. Both are cost effective and produce tight tolerances. If you are looking for low volume work, outstanding quality and fast delivery Ace Machine is your solution.
Keyseating is highly flexible, offering wider and longer widths than traditional slotting. Broaching works well for irregular shapes. We can broach keyways to both metric and imperial measurements, from 1/16th of an inch to 2 1/2 inches wide. If you need keyways larger than 21/2”, we have a large capacity EDM for this very need.
